I am the type of person that believes in customer service before I hire a company, while they are providing the service and after they have completed the service. With this company, their customer service is what every company should take notes from. Very knowledgeable, friendly and professional technicians. When my walk-in cooler went out and my inventory of over $60,000+ was in jeopardy I called Allegiance. They showed up fast and had my cooler up in running in no time!! I called them again a few months later when I lost an a/c unit and again they saved the day! I recommend them to everyone.

Honesty and integrity is everything in business. I had another local company come out to repair my air condition unit almost a year ago. He told me that I needed a new condenser ($2500) and then proceeded to tell me I needed an entire new system (2 units outside and the garage main system) and quoted me over $6000. I decided to wait to make any repairs because I could not afford that expense. As it turns out, I only had a wire that had shorted out and it was an easy fix. Thank you Allegiance Air. I cannot believe I dealt with the heat because of an untrustworthy recommendation. Lesson learned.

Short story – these guys don’t know how schedules work or how to be polite. all I want is for them to fix the ac they installed. what is the point of appointments if you come when ever you please and expect the person to be there especially when you don’t give them a phone call ahead of time Very disappointing experience and sadly I didn’t even choose them
